We are members of the Kansas City Barbeque Society
the largest governing body for competitive BBQ in the US.
In the KCBS Competition BBQ Circuit we barbeque and turn in, in the following order:

Chicken (usually Thighs)
-
Pork SpareRibs (usually St. Louis style)

Pork Butts (in either chunks, sliced and/or pulled

Beef Brisket (usually sliced)
